The Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) has taken the food industry by storm with the launch of the highly anticipated Culinary Theatre at Culinary Art India 2023. This four-day extravaganza, organized by the Indian Culinary Forum in collaboration with ITPO and Hospitality First, has been making waves from 14th to 18th of March at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The Culinary Theatre, the centerpiece of the event, drew in food enthusiasts, aspiring chefs, and seasoned professionals alike with its impressive lineup of renowned chefs showcasing their culinary prowess and sharing their knowledge with attendees.
The Culinary Theatre provided a unique opportunity for the audience to learn from 17 prominent chefs who shared their culinary knowledge and skills. Many aspiring young chefs and visitors interacted with renowned chefs as they demonstrated their expertise and techniques on stage. Each day of the event featured different chefs and dishes. On the first day, Chef Saby, Chef Prem Ram, Chef Dhruv Nijawan, and Chef Saurav Sharma delighted attendees with their culinary expertise. The second day saw Chefs Akshay Malhotra, Anirudh Sethi, Nishant Choubey, and Vaibhav Bhargava showcasing their innovative techniques. On the third day, Chef Sanjay Agarwal, Chef Anuj Wadhwa, Chef Narendra Latwal, and Chef Katyayani Bhargava impressed attendees with their skills. The final day of the competition featured master classes by Chef Shambhavi Joshi, Chef Davinder Kumar, and Chef Subroto Goswami.

Chief coordinator for culinary theatre was Chef Mahendra Khairiya. The event provided a unique opportunity for attendees to experience a wide range of dishes and techniques from some of the most noteworthy chefs in the country.
