Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park recently hosted a cake-mixing and grape stomping event. The event was planned to mark the beginning of the annual festive campaign as a visual spectacle.
The guests and hotel team members came together to celebrate the onset of the festival season. A heady mix of dry fruits, nuts, spices, fruit juices, and premium spirits was the rich result of enthusiastic participation from guests. The culinary brigade led by Chef Gaurav Aanand, Executive Chef at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park had set up multiple mixing counters including a counter designed exclusively for children. A grand set up in the hotel’s breathtaking Terrace made for an elegant evening of warm earthy aromas, music, and scrumptious live food counters.
The evening also witnessed a fun grape-stomping activity curated exclusively for the evening by winemaker Fratelli, which proved to be a hit with the guests. The guests tried a hand (and their feet!) at the good old-fashioned way of making wine, in high spirits. The infectious enthusiasm in the splendid roof-top event, amid live music, was a sight to behold.
