M3M India and OYO’s Oravel Stays to Launch Premium ‘SUNDAY’ Hotel in Gurugram

Real estate firm M3M India and Oravel Stays, the parent company of OYO Hotels & Homes, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to introduce a premium hotel under the ‘SUNDAY’ brand in Gurugram. The new hotel will feature 220 keys and cover 1.69 lakh sq ft of luxury hospitality space, strategically located on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram.

This initiative is part of a larger plan to develop 15 lakh sq ft of high-end hospitality space with 1,000 keys across multiple locations in Gurugram and Noida. “This collaboration represents our shared vision of creating exceptional commercial spaces that redefine luxury and convenience,” said Sudeep Bhatt, President of M3M India.

Aditya Sharma, Business Head at Oravel Stays, highlighted that the partnership would help expand their presence in the luxury segment in key metro cities, starting with Gurugram, a significant hub for social events, domestic tourists, and long-stay international guests.

The SUNDAY brand of hotels was launched in May 2023 as a joint venture between Softbank Group and Oravel Stays, with initial properties in Jaipur, Vadodara, and Chandigarh, as well as international locations in London and Dubai.
