The curated menu, crafted by renowned expat Chef Peng, features a delectable array of dim sums, mains, and desserts, showcasing both guest favorites and seasonal specialties, including his signature hand-rolled noodles.
Diners can indulge in flavorful bites like spicy carrot and wasabi dim sum, and comforting chicken and coriander sui mai. The culinary journey concludes with tempting desserts such as peanut marquise with ginger pineapple ice cream and five-spiced caramel, alongside house-made seasonal sorbets.
The exclusive lunch is available from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM throughout the summer. The food experience is priced at ₹2500++, with an option to enhance the meal with unlimited premium select afternoon beverages for an additional ₹500++ per person.
