Chocolate Hotels report 50% increase in room nights after signing up with STAAH

Chocolate Group has witnessed a remarkable 50% surge in room nights after implementing the STAAH MAX Channel Manager solution in their properties. This group oversees seven luxurious hotels and resorts in Kolkata, Jaipur, Goa, Ranchi, Mandarmoni, and Midnapore within India.

Previously, the group grappled with manual inventory and rate management across their seven properties. Tasks such as uploads failing, sluggish updates, and juggling multiple profiles through each online travel channel’s extranet were not just time-intensive but also led to booking errors, posing risks to the reputation of their properties.

“As you’d expect of multiple properties, the need to connect with multiple distribution channels is critical to improve reach which we were not able to pull off successfully. The manual update process was what drove us to sign up with STAAH, and there has been no looking back since then. We are now able to seamlessly manage our inventory and rates across locations from one central dashboard. Our revenues are optimised because we are now getting the highest yield for the inventory.
