Shah has been associated with Accor for last 12 years and has worked with brands like Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel Mumbai BKC and Novotel Hyderabad Airport.
His last assignment was Director of Rooms at Raffles Udaipur. Shah has also worked with JW Marriott, ITC Grand Maratha and Westin Mumbai Garden City.
Shah is known for delivering excellence across all the department he has worked in. He is an expert in planning, budgeting, quality parameters. Shah always thrived to deliver the best experience to guest.
Shah holds a Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management from Yashwant Rao Chavan University and also completed a diploma in Hotel Management from Rizvi Collage of Hotel Management. He is also a certified trainer to train in Intermediate Food Hygiene by Royal Health University of Scotland.
On the occasion of taking over his new responsibilities at Mercure Hyderabad KCP, Shah assured to continue to provide excellent services towards his new role and responsibilities. While continuing the existing practices Shah also explained that new changes will be bought in to improve and to strengthen its service in accordance with changing time and needs of the industry.
