Oi Brewhouse, Pune’s modern beer garden experience by the founders of Sip & Savour Co. & Oi Brewery, is set to redefine the city’s culinary and brewing landscape. Located in Kalyani Nagar and spanning an impressive 9,000 sq. ft., this thoughtfully designed space combines industrial-chic interiors with lush greenery, creating a welcoming atmosphere both indoors and outdoors.
With sustainability at its core, every element, from the decor to the brews, reflects a commitment to quality and environmental consciousness.
The interiors feature abundant greenery and open spaces, cultivating a serene yet vibrant atmosphere. Inspired by nature and the brewing process, the interiors flow seamlessly – Central to the design is the striking use of blue, symbolizing water, the most essential ingredient in beer. This thoughtful color palette is paired with stainless steel accents, most notably in the freestanding indoor and outdoor bar, a bold statement piece inspired by the tanks at Maharashtra’s largest production craft brewery, Oi Brewing Company.
Sustainability is central to Oi’s philosophy, with the brewhouse proudly being India’s first brewery to achieve plastic-positive and carbon-neutral certifications, powered 40% by solar energy and reusing over 3.5 million liters of water in the past 18 months.
Oi Brewhouse features up to 18 craft beers on tap, launching with an impressive lineup of 11 brews designed to cater to a variety of palates – Pineapple Gose, Organic Wit – brewed with organically grown Maharashtrian wheat, barley malt, hops & wild Mizoram oranges, Smoked Lager – with coconut husk and Guava IPA; to name a few.
From refreshing wheat beers and crisp lagers to bold IPAs and rich stouts, each brew is crafted using the finest ingredients, sourced locally and organically whenever possible. Adding to its appeal, the brewhouse offers exclusive small-batch creations, delivering a truly one-of-a-kind beer experience.
Beyond exceptional beer, Oi Brewhouse promises a culinary journey like no other. The menu is crafted by Chef Vardaan Marwah, and presents a playful mix of eclectic pub food with familiar flavors reimagined in modern, unexpected ways. Highlights include – Truffle BBQ popcorn, Gochujang Mochi Balls, Bakarwadi Fried Chicken, Thecha Kulcha, Chandni Chown to Shirwal Chicken Seekh, Lamb Chilli Sour Dog and Oi Filter Coffee Tiramisu; to name a few.
