Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel is delighted to welcome Sheel Jadeja as the new Director of Sales. His core responsibilities will include planning and implementing the hotel’s sales and strategy, maximizing the hotel’s revenues, exploring business opportunities through events, setting annual budgets, forecasting, and analysing revenue reports and strategy amongst others.
Sheel is a result-oriented and passionate sales professional with a wealth of experience in enhancing sales streams. As an individual with over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry spanning across India, Sheel boasts an impressive resume. Through astute planning, account management, market and customer insight, and the identification of innovative solutions, he has created a portfolio with a proven track record of outperforming market-leading competitors.
Prior to joining Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, Sheel served as the Assistant Director of Sales at JW Marriott Hotel Bangalore. He started his sales career in 2011 with Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace. Over the years, he has held various managerial positions at The Leela, Taj Hotels, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide as well as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.
Sheel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management. His education, combined with his extensive experience in the hospitality industry, makes him an ideal candidate for the role.
