UNO Izakaya Unveils New Japanese-Inspired Cocktail Menu at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru

UNO Izakaya, the Japanese-themed bar and lounge, nestled within the luxurious JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, is proud to announce the launch of its new cocktail menu, a tantalising fusion of traditional Japanese flavours and inventive mixology. The understated décor, adorned with Geisha art brings out the essence of Izakaya, meaning, ‘Stay-drink-place’ to life while allowing patrons to indulge in exotic yet technique-heavy libations.

The cocktails have been created by UNO Izakaya’s mixologist, Ashish Tamta. The bar maestro has been nominated for the Times of India Best Bartender of Year 2022 alongside being a finalist at the prestigious Grey Goose House of Change 2022 Singapore edition. The sleek and contemporary space has a carefully curated cocktail list, inspired by the renowned Ginza style

The hotel invites guests to indulge in the Nara Saketini, a masterpiece concoction where the nuances of gin, the grace of sake, and the kick of gari intertwine to create an unparalleled symphony for the discerning palate. The enchanting Kyoto beckons with Burande, Yuzu puree, spiced coconut syrup, melon puree, and milk, a sensory journey that transports patrons to the heart of Japanese culinary excellence. The Tensho Highball, a fusion of vodka, umami bitters, djer syrup, capsicum water, and sparkling water, promises a refreshing respite amid the luxurious surroundings of UNO Izakaya.
