voco Jim Corbett, India’s first voco hotel, has announced the opening of its alfresco dining venue, Kosi Bar & Kitchen. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Kosi River, this new restaurant offers a serene ambience for patrons to savour a memoable culinary experience during their stay.
Spanning 350 square meters, Kosi Bar & Kitchen offers a sophisticated and inviting space for up to 100 guests. One can revel in a diverse menu curated by Chef Tenzin Losel while sipping on expertly crafted cocktails. For guests who have an affinity for appreciating Mediterranean flavours, Chef Losel presents a delightful assortment of cheeses, marinated olives, bell peppers on toast, cold cuts, batter-fried fish, chicken and olive skewers, and garlic prawns. Additionally, the menu offers a vibrant selection of Indian kebabs, such as Amritsari Fish, Gilafi Seekh Kabab, and Bhanjeere Ka Jhinga.
In addition to its culinary offerings, Kosi Bar & Kitchen is designed in a way that feels familiar and comfortable yet upscale with modern aesthetic. The swift service, warm lighting and a giant mango tree in the centre of the bar offers a unique dining experience overlooking the river and the jungle beyond. At Kosi Bar & Kitchen, guests get to select their choice of seating by selecting between bar stools, low tables, and booths depending on whether they are part of a large group, a family, a couple, or a single guest traveling on business.
