The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace brings an exclusive Indian Accent Pop-Up

The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace is excited to present a one-of-a-kind culinary experience with Indian Accent, renowned for its innovative modern Indian cuisine. On December 14th & 15th, 2024, this exclusive pop-up will bring the restaurant’s globally celebrated flavours to Hyderabad. Indian Accent, in association with The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, promises a dining experience that celebrates excellence and creativity like never before.

Nestled in the heart of Hyderabad’s thriving business and IT hub, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace is a luxurious haven that blends sophistication with serene comfort. Adding to its repertoire of fine dining experiences is Kangan, its signature restaurant that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of the North-West Frontier. Popularly known for its opulent dining affair immersed in the rich tapestry of regional flavors, Kangan is all set for its guests to embark on a gastronomic adventure with this special pop up that will feature Indian Accent’s signature dishes.

The Indian Accent menu is a testament to the restaurant’s mastery in combining traditional Indian flavors with contemporary techniques. The specially curated menu for this pop-up will feature signature dishes like tofu medu vadai with madras gunpowderand sambar cream, arbi galawat with crispy sevai and barberry chutney, ker sangar paneer with rajasthani papad kadhi, and beet and peanut butter chop, kasundi cream, beetroot crisps. Non-vegetarian offerings include kanyakumari crab, telicherry pepper; duck shaami, crispy sevai, barberry chutney, and meetha achaar pork ribs with dried mango and sour apple. Desserts include daulat ki chaat, rose petal chikki, roasted almonds, doda barfi treacle tart, vanilla bean ice cream.
