Radisson Blu MBD Hotel Noida names Sachin Malik as Executive Chef

Radisson Blu MBD Hotel Noida has appointed Sachin Malik as the hotel’s new Executive Chef recently. Malik brings over 18 years of culinary expertise garnered from Indian hospitality chains and international giants, offering a diverse fusion of international cuisines and authentic Indian flavours to the Food & Beverage industry. With his wealth of experience and unwavering passion, Malik infuses every recipe with innovation and excellence.
Malik commenced his journey as the Banquets Sous Chef at The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts (Bangalore Gurgaon & New Delhi). He then expanded his expertise with stints at prestigious establishments such as Melia Hotels Resorts (Doha, Qatar), Zone by the Park, and Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor (UAE). In his most recent role, Malik contributed his talent to Wyndham Hotel Group in Bahrain, overseeing F&B operations and crafting themed menus to delight guests.
At the heart of Malik’s culinary journey lies a deep-rooted appreciation for his mother’s cooking where he first discovered the transformative power of Indian spices and flavours. He infuses his dishes with a magical blend of traditional Indian elements and contemporary international cuisine, creating an unforgettable dining experience for patrons worldwide. In one of his roles, he led a team of chefs responsible for catering to prestigious state events held at the President’s House of India, including dignitaries such as the King of Bhutan, the President of China, and various VIP delegations.
A graduate of the Oriental School of Hotel Management, Malik has worked under the guidance of the best culinary masters. Beyond the confines of the kitchen, his passion for food intertwines seamlessly with his love for travel, cricket, literature, and music. “I’m excited to join Radisson Blu MBD Hotel Noida, a prestigious luxurious property renowned for its award-winning restaurants like Made In India, SXVIII, and RED. I am honoured to take on this role and eager to collaborate with the talented culinary team.
