Ongoing through May 2023, patrons can embark on a culinary journey through the Venetian streets, savouring authentic specialties prepared with passion and finesse.

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an exquisite dining experience immersing themselves in the rich flavours and vibrant colours of Venice. Each dish is carefully crafted to capture the essence of Venetian cuisine, showcasing the finest ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Experience exclusive dishes including Venetian Style Grilled Scallops with Parmesan Crumb for an irresistible combination of flavours and textures, Bussara Style King Prawns with Tagliolini in its Own Bisque: Immerse yourself in the flavours of the sea with this exquisite dish featuring plump king prawns prepared in the traditional Bussara style, Squid Ink Risotto with Seared Black Cod – experience the allure of Venetian cuisine with this visually stunning dish creating a harmony of taste and presentation. Frittole with Coffee Poached Pear, Rum and Raisin Gelato, and Coffee Caramel Sauce, a traditional Venetian sweet, is paired with a coffee poached pear, rum and raisin gelato, and a luscious coffee caramel sauce.
