Brij Hotels raises 4 Million USD in Series A Funding

Brij Hotels, a collection of distinguished boutique hotels, announced the successful closure of the 4 million USD Series A round led by the Manipal Education & Medical Group(MEMG) Family Office, with strategic participation from prominent investors including Abhay Jain, Abhiroop Jayanthi, Rajendra Rao and Prashant Deshpande. This investment marks a crucial juncture for Brij Hotels, intending to utilise the funds for strategic expansion and to further strengthen its presence in the competitive hospitality industry.

The Indian consumer landscape is evolving with guests seeking unique experiences that blend luxury with local cultural immersion. According to a report by HVS ANAROCK, the global boutique hotel segment has experienced a remarkable growth rate of over 50% in the last three years. Identifying this interest, Brij aims to deliver immersive experiences in unique locations, preserving the rich heritage of each place while providing a sustainable and experiential stay.
