Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach introduces the inaugural Bao Food Festival, happening at Red Bowl – The Pan Asian Kitchen from February 1 to 10. Crafted by Chef Vikram, this unique gastronomic journey promises to delight the taste buds of discerning guests.
The Bao Food Festival is a celebration of the Chinese steamed bun, which is becoming increasingly popular all around the world. It presents a a wide range of bao tacos, each one more delicious than the last. The festival features exotic mushrooms, tofu, vegetable tempura, Schezwan cottage cheese, ginger scallion pokchoy and bell pepper, Cantonese vegetables, Sriracha mayo prawns, ginger chicken, charsiew pork, Hosi Chilli duck, Schwejwan chicken, and five spice prawn bao and tacos. Each bao is carefully prepared by Chef Vikram and his team, ensuring that guests enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
Chef Vikram, who is well known for his expertise in Asian cuisine, has spent months perfecting the recipes for the Bao Food Festival. He has sourced the freshest and highest-quality ingredients to ensure that each bao is bursting with flavor.
