The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi appoints Vikas Kaushik as the Director of Sales

Vikas Kaushik has been appointed as the Director of Sales for the 313- keys’ luxury hotel in the heart of the millennium city -The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi. Vikas comes with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with renowned leading luxury brands including IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts, and Radisson Hotel Group where he was focused on implementing strategic plans along with managing sales and brand visibility.

With over 12 years of experience in hospitality sales, Vikas bring with him a remarkable blend of sales expertise, passion and a proven track record of excellence together with a natural ability to nurture and motivate a dynamic team. Before taking up his new role, his last assignment was with Radisson Noida, working as the Director of Sales since 2019.Holding an MBA degree in International Business from Sikkim Manipal University, Vikas specialized in Hotel Management from renowned IHM Dehradun, honing his skills to perfection.

In his new role, Vikas is committed to demonstrating his ingenious approach towards executing market -appropriate sales strategies, leading the hotel to excel its key revenue budgets, working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing.  With a focus on business expansion and collaboration with other departments, he will be responsible for enhancing sales and revenue streams as well as elevating the brand presence with strategic partnerships. His appointment marks a significant addition to the Westin Gurgaon team, and he will be instrumental towards further solidifying the hotel’s market presence as the quintessential destination for both discerning business travellers and leisure seekers alike.
