Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality group, has announced the signing of two greenfield projects in Ludhiana—a Gateway hotel and a Ginger hotel. These hotels will be part of a mixed-use development, marking IHCL’s strategic expansion in Punjab’s growing hospitality market.

Gateway Ludhiana: A 110-key upscale hotel offering immersive experiences, including an all-day diner, bar, gym, swimming pool, and a 5,000 sq. ft. ballroom for events and gatherings.
Ginger Ludhiana: A 100-key lean luxe hotel featuring Qmin, the brand’s signature all-day dining, a bar, state-of-the-art gym, and a 1,000 sq. ft. banquet hall for social and business events.
