Lollo Rosso is preparing to open its second outlet in Anjuna, Goa. Following the success of Lollo Rosso Ahmedabad, the brand has turned its attention to India’s most coveted destination, Goa.
Lollo Rosso, Anjuna is a lovely location with 15000 square feet of land. The large open area of the restaurant is decorated with recycled materials like coconut shells and earthy colors, as well as naga bamboo furniture. The property has used the concept of recycling and reusable materials to ensure that the environment is not harmed and that nature’s mother is unharmed.
Commenting on the launch in Goa, owners Aalap Shah and Runali Shah said, “We started Lollo Rosso in Ahmedabad in 2017 with a quaint little outlet and goal to introduce a pioneering concept of bowl meals. After witnessing immense success with two sit-down restaurants in Ahmedabad, we decided to go a step ahead and launch our third restaurant in Goa.”
The extensive food menu features both veg and non-veg delicacies, mainly focusing on South Asian fare such as Sushi and Dimsums, along with meals from over 15 different cuisines around the world.
