    Café Delhi Heights, celebrated for its diverse and innovative culinary experiences, presents its latest venture—Sarava—nestled in the heart of Assagao, Goa. Housed within a century-old Portuguese villa, Sarava blends the deep-rooted cultural heritage of Goa with the global comfort food that Café Delhi Heights is known for, creating an extraordinary dining experience where tradition meets innovation.

    Since opening its first outlet in 2011 at Crosspoint Mall, Gurugram, Café Delhi Heights has rapidly grown to 43 outlets across 14 cities, including Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Mumbai, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Patiala, Amritsar, Dehradun, Goa, Hyderabad, and Srinagar. Sarava is the brand’s latest jewel, inviting guests to immerse themselves in a sensory culinary journey.

    Sarava’s menu offers a delightful mix of flavours and textures. From the smokey Fish Tikka and vibrant Tangra Style Chilli Paneer to the rustic Kerala Tawa Fry Fish, each dish is a celebration of taste. Star items like the Dhansoo Veg Seekhand the indulgent Old Delhi Butter Chickenprovide familiar comforts, while the creative World of Mushroom—featuring caramelised oyster mushrooms and kale chips—presents a unique exploration of zest.

    Breakfast at Sarava is a feast to behold, with options like the light yet filling Egg White Omelette, the decadent Shakshuka, and the refreshing Avocado Sour Cream Bagel Sandwich. The menu also features hearty Indian flavours with Bajra Khichadi paired with Apricot Raita and the all-time favorite Choley Bhature. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic French Toast with Cranberry and Blueberry or a savory Zucchini and Parmesan Frittata, Sarava’s breakfast offerings cater to every palate.

    To complement the food, Sarava’s exceptional cocktail menu stands out with carefully curated selections like the inimitable Jackfruit Negroni, combining gin, white rum, and jackfruit-curry leaf cordial, or the bold and aromatic Smoke Break, a mélange of bourbon, Jägermeister, and cherry wood smoke. Other favourites include the invigorating Mexican Dragon and the refreshing Plum Passionated mocktail. The bar’s creativity is boundless, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

    Coffee aficionados will be delighted with the selection of artisanal brews, sourced from the lush estates of Chikmagalur. Signature blends like Summer Berry, with notes of berries, peach, and lavender, and the rich CDH Reserve, offering hints of blueberry and tea rose, provide the perfect pick-me-up. Whether you prefer the velvety smoothness of a Classic Affogato or the boldness of a Cold Brew like the tangy Cranberry Cold Brew, Sarava’s coffee menu is crafted to satisfy every mood.

It’s where people can gather, share stories, and make lasting memories over extraordinary food and drinks,” said Mr. Vikrant Batra, Director and Co-Founder of Batra Bros Food & Beverage Pvt Ltd. “Goa has always held a special place in our hearts, and Sarava reflects the laid-back yet culturally vibrant spirit of this beautiful state.”

    The owners of Café Delhi Heights have also introduced new ventures under the Café Delhi Heights 2.0 evolution, including “IKIGAI” in Delhi, “Neighbourly” in Gurugram, and “Sarava” in Goa being the latest addition. These ventures aim to deliver unparalleled dining experiences by merging passion with purpose, further elevating the brand’s legacy.

    Sarava’s six distinct zones offer a variety of atmospheres, from the cosy Maria’s Café, ideal for quiet moments, to the lush hideaway of The Nest, perfect for intimate brunches. The Courtyard, Sarava’s lively centerpiece, creates an immersive experience where live music fills the air with rhythms from a wide range of genres, from soulful acoustic sets to upbeat contemporary tunes.
