Chef Ratnani and Chef Anirban Dasgupta will be presenting ‘The Four Hands Dinner’ which will be served from February 15th to February 19th, 2023, and promises to be a feast for the senses, with exceptional culinary creations and the Chef’s unrivalled artistry.
An innovative showcase of bold favours with culinary symphony, the menu is an amalgamation of contemporary and chefs interpretations of classics that have been expertly crafted to tantalise the senses. The small plates, such as the Poblano Rellenos, Gambas a la Griglia and the Trilogy of Mushrooms a la plancha, are perfect for sharing and provide an ideal prelude to the main course.
