Fairfield By Marriott Appoints Shashank Pathak as Rooms Division Manager

The Newest Marriott property in Mumbai – Fairfield by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport announces appointment of Shashank Pathak as Rooms Division Manager. He will be taking care of overall Rooms division Operations and Revenue.

Shashank comes with an extensive experience of 11 years across various luxury, lifestyle and business hotels. 

Prior to Joining Fairfield by Marriott, Shashank has also worked with Brands like Holiday Inn, Marriott Resort and Spa Goa as an Assistant Front Office Manager, Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn as a Front Office Manager. He has also been associated with the Radisson Hotel Group.

In his current role at Fairfield by Marriott Shashank will be instrumental in Processes like managing the execution of all operations in Rooms department, focusing of guest satisfaction and delight and maximizing the financial performance for the hotel. He will be leading the rooms division team while assisting to exceed property goals.
