In line with the ethos of Responsible Luxury, ITC Kohenur has gone classic with its Christmas Tree and proudly restored and recycled a “preloved tree”. In the spirit of festivity and celebration, the tree has been beautifully adorned with delightful Christmas ornaments and is visible to one and all in the hotel lobby. General Manager Shaariq Akhtar opines – “To upcycle, to reuse, to repurpose and to break the stigma around preloved items is the need of the hour. And at ITC Kohenur, the team has successfully come together to work towards creating a more environmentally conscious décor. The “quick buy, use and throw” of material possessions is a drain on our environment. We hope our efforts will bring about a change in a small way”.
