Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai International Airport is pleased to welcome Javedakhtar Sayyad as the Executive Chef. His solid experience and passion for curating exquisite meals and crafting remarkable dining experiences for our guests which makes him the ideal choice to lead the team.
With a rich experience of over three decades in the culinary industry, he served various global hospitality brands such as Taj Group of hotels, Renaissance Mumbai, Sahara Star, Grand Sarovar Premiere Mumbai and is also very well known for his associations with Saudi Arabian Airlines and Yemen Airlines as Head Chef.
Chef Javedakhtar’s culinary knowledge will enhance the grandeur of Fairfield by Marriott, further adding to our vision to cultivate and maintain the finest experience for our guests. He finds it exhilarating to bring people together through food, by creating unique and memorable dining experiences for guests.
