Chef Sadhu, renowned for his avant-garde approach to Indian cuisine, will cook a meal alongside culinary maestro, Chef Manish Mehrotra, who is Culinary Director of Indian Accent Restaurants. This 2 day culinary Pop-Up on June 26 & 27 promises an extraordinary integration of flavors, textures, and techniques, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of India while pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Guests can expect an array of innovative dishes that exemplify the collaborative spirit between Indian Accent and NAAR. From the non-vegetarian tasting menu, highlights include the exquisite Indian Accent’s lemon crab with byadgi chilli and dried shrimps, calcutta biryani, ghee lamb, sunchokes, dal kachori, along with NAAR’s pahadi pork served with bakarkhani and cultured butter, askalu, and sunder kala, ladhakhi sausages, sinki broth, amongst others. Meanwhile, the vegetarian menu boasts delights such as Indian Accent’s dilli papdi chaat, the innovative tawa green jackfruit, elevated with mustard and coconut, along with NAAR’s dirty toast, and sunder kala, eggplant tomatoes, sinki broth, amongst others- showcasing Chef Prateek Sadhu’s mastery in transforming humble ingredients into culinary masterpieces.
