The event is scheduled to take place from March 17th – 27th March, 2023, starting at 7:30 PM at the hotel’s all-day dining outlet, The Square.
The festival is set to offer an extensive variety of Punjabi cuisine prepared with the freshest ingredients.The menu highlights include mouth-watering appetizers such as Malai Tikka and Punjabi Samosas, and main course dishes like Amritsari Kulcha, Chicken Tikka Masala, Pindi Chole, and Malai Lassi. To add sweetness to your taste buds, the desserts are Phirni, Kulfi, and Ghee Halwa.
