Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL), one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality groups with over 110 properties nationwide, has announced its consolidated financial results for the nine months ending December 31, 2024. The results, approved by the company’s Board of Directors, showcase robust growth across all key metrics, highlighting the group’s resilience and strategic vision in an evolving market.
The company reported consolidated revenues of ₹250.84 crore for the nine-month period, reflecting a 21% quarter-on-quarter revenue growth. EBITDA stood at ₹71.26 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) reached ₹34.35 crore. Notably, earnings per share (EPS) grew by an impressive 137% over the same period last year, underscoring the group’s strong financial performance and shareholder value creation.
Chairman and Managing Director, Chander K. Baljee, expressed his satisfaction with the results: “Our company has shown robust results in every metric. During the nine-month period, we added 11 hotels and 737 keys to our portfolio, further cementing our leadership in the hospitality sector. Looking ahead, we are focused on rolling out new brands and formats to capture the consumer mind space. An exclusive pop-up resort at Prayagraj is being set up to cater to guests visiting the Mahakumbh in 2025, showcasing our commitment to innovation and guest-centric experiences.”
