The hotel is currently brownfield and is expected to open towards end of this year.

M/s Triple S, a hotel and development company based out of Jammu, today announces the signing of a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, for a new hotel development under the Ramada Encore by Wyndham brand.
