ITC Hotels has announced significant growth for its Fortune Hotels brand, with 14 new signings and seven property openings in FY25, expanding its portfolio to 78 hotels across India and Nepal. This move bolsters the brand’s presence, particularly in Tier II and Tier III cities, targeting the upscale to mid-market category.
The newly opened properties include Pahalgam, Puri, Chennai, Candolim (Goa), Palampur (Himachal Pradesh), Ekta Nagar (Gujarat), and Bhaktapur in Nepal—Fortune’s first international location. Meanwhile, the latest signings cover key destinations such as Goa, Kolkata, Rishikesh, Indore, Bhimtal, Mukteshwar, and Ayodhya, increasing the brand’s reach to over 65 cities.
“Fortune’s expansion reaffirms our commitment to offering accessible and comfortable hospitality across prime locations,” said Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels.
With 56 operational hotels and 22 in the pipeline as of March 2025, ITC Hotels continues to strengthen its presence in emerging markets, catering to the growing demand from both business and leisure travelers.
