In a significant milestone for Karnataka’s hospitality sector, SeaHorse Hospitality Consulting Services has successfully orchestrated a strategic partnership between Sarovar Hotels and Suchi Hotel and Hospitality. The upcoming Sarovar Portico Gulbarga, set to open in 2027, aims to redefine luxury and service standards with its 60 meticulously designed rooms tailored for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel will feature All Day Dining, a Bar, a Banquet Hall, Conference Halls, a Swimming Pool, and a Gym.
SeaHorse Consulting has played a crucial role in this project, overseeing everything from initial feasibility studies to brand selection, ensuring optimal returns for both the hotel owner and the brand.
