The brand’s portfolio, now available to Indian connoisseurs, includes Blanco, Reposado, Cristalino, and the extraordinary Volcan X.A, a testament to artistry and heritage in tequila craftsmanship.
Founded on over 300 years of tradition, Volcan de Mi Tierra celebrates the legacy of the Gallardo family, whose tequila-making roots trace back to 1774 at Hacienda La Gavilana in Jalisco, Mexico. Partnering with Moët Hennessy, the brand combines artisanal expertise with global sophistication to create tequila that embodies authenticity, innovation, and the spirit of Jalisco’s terroir.
Recognized under NOM 1523, a rare designation in the tequila world, Volcan stands as one of only five additive-free single NOM distilleries globally, emphasizing its unwavering commitment to purity and quality.
Volcan de Mi Tierra tequila is crafted exclusively from 100% Blue Weber Agave, without any additives. Each bottle reflects exceptional craftsmanship, from its natural flavor profile to its hand-painted and numbered design.
The brand meticulously sources agave from two distinct regions in Jalisco, resulting in a complex and elegant product that harmonizes diverse tequila profiles:
- Volcan Blanco: A pure expression of agave with subtle sweetness, notes of grapefruit, black pepper spice, and a balanced finish.
- Volcan Reposado: Aged in American and European oak barrels, delivering a rich, smooth flavor profile.
- Volcan Cristalino: Charcoal-filtered for clarity, this tequila is finished in Cognac and whisky casks, offering notes of caramel, tobacco, dark chocolate, vanilla, and dried fruits.
- Volcan X.A: A blend of Reposado, Añejo, and Extra-Añejo tequilas, this masterpiece combines cooked agave, spices, and sweet aromas for unmatched complexity.
