M/s New Style Private Limited, a leading real estate, and hotel development company based out of Delhi, today announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for a new hotel development in Panipat, Haryana under the Ramada by Wyndham brand.
The proposed hotel will be located in Sector 23, TDI Connaught Estate, Panipat, connecting Delhi to the North India states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu, and Kashmir. The location of this new property will offer guests great accessibility and connectivity.
Panipat is a historic city in the state of Haryana in India. Situated on the banks of the river Yamuna, the Panipat district is bordered by Karnal, Sonipat, Jind, Kaithal, and the state of Uttar Pradesh. It is 95 km north of Delhi and 169 km south of Chandigarh on NH-1. Besides connectivity with Delhi and Chandigarh, Panipat is connected to all major Indian cities via Panipat Junction railway station.
The city is famous as the “City of Weavers” and the “Textile City”, being a major exporter of several textile products to Canada, Japan, Germany and Australia. Panipat is also renowned as the biggest center of “Shoddy Yarn” in the world.
The hotel, expected to open in late 2024, will have a modern façade and will feature 53 contemporary rooms including suites. It will also include a lobby lounge, an all-day dining restaurant, and bar, meeting and event spaces, a business center, refreshing wellness areas, as well as an outdoor swimming pool.
