ITC Hotels Limited (ITCHL) strengthens its presence in Telangana by announcing the signing of an agreement with M/s KAC Palm Exotica Hotels Private Limited to launch Welcomhotel Shankarpally in Hyderabad. This marks the debut of the fast-growing Welcomhotel brand in the state.
ITCHL currently operates two iconic hotels in Hyderabad: ITC Kakatiya (188 keys) and ITC Kohenur (274 keys).
Spread across 11 acres, the 155-key Welcomhotel Shankarpally will offer luxurious guest rooms and villas with private gardens. Key amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, specialty dining, bar, pool, lounge, spa, and a kids’ club. With over 6,000 sqm of outdoor space and versatile banquet venues, the hotel is poised to become a premier destination for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
