The Fern Hotels & Resorts, India’s leading eco-sensitive hospitality brand, has announced the signing of The Fern Residency Rajkot, Gondal, Series by Marriott, marking another milestone in its Gujarat expansion. Located in the heritage city of Gondal in Rajkot district, the new property reinforces the brand’s strong footprint in the state, taking its total operational and upcoming portfolio in Gujarat to 37 properties.

The 55-key hotel will offer elegantly designed rooms and suites, multiple dining options, banquet halls, boardrooms and leisure amenities including a pool and gym. Scheduled to open in mid-2026, the property aims to deliver a refined blend of contemporary hospitality and regional charm.
