Indian brewing excellence took centre stage at the Asia Beer Challenge 2025, with Devans Modern Breweries Ltd. earning multiple accolades across categories. The brewery’s Six Fields Cult Finest Strong Wheat Beer clinched the Silver Medal in the Dubbel Wit/Imperial White category—emerging as the top-ranked beer in its class this year. Brewed in the Belgian tradition with subtle notes of coriander and orange peel, Six Fields Cult delivers a smooth yet bold profile that continues to impress connoisseurs across Asia. The win follows its Gold Medal triumph at the Brussels Beer Challenge, where it was named Best Strong Wheat Beer.
Adding to the brewery’s success, Six Fields Blanche Finest Wheat Beer secured a Silver Medal in the Witbiercategory, celebrated for its crisp, refreshing taste and light spiced notes. Meanwhile, Godfather The Legendary Luxury Lager earned Bronze in the Tropical-Style Light Lager category, recognised for its balanced, easy-drinking character with 5% ABV.
Capping off the wins, Godfather Super 8 claimed Gold in the Strong Lager category, reaffirming its status as Asia’s best strong beer with its smooth, full-bodied 8% ABV profile.
The Asia Beer Challenge™, organized by Peak Publishing Limited, is Asia’s most prestigious beer competition, featuring a triple-blind tasting by over 100 expert judges.
