The 4th edition of the Young Visionary Housekeepers National Convention and 6th PHA YUVA Anniversary is scheduled on 9th September 2023 at Fortune Park JP Celestial, Bengaluru – Member ITC’s hotel group. The theme of the Convention is “Housekeeping- Sustainable Development Goals & G20”. Housekeeping, being a skeleton of every industry across the globe, the opportunities for housekeeping to contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goals and G20 are unlimited.
This convention will witness 250+ PHA YUVA members from prestigious Hotel Management Institutions from state, central and private categories, along with leaders housekeeping leaders representing hotels, healthcare, facilities management, aviation, railways, cruise liners, academia and ancillary industries.
The main objective of the convention is to unite young professionals and industry professionals in housekeeping across India under one roof to discuss how housekeeping can contribute to SDGs and G20 along with leading brands from ancillary industries.
The convention is one of its kind, where everyone gets an opportunity to learn, network, collaborate and succeed. About the Organiser:
Professional Housekeepers Association (PHA) was registered through the efforts of a group of like-minded, enthusiastic professional Housekeepers in Bangalore on 16th February 2015 and launched on 21st May 2015. The founding members and the Executive Committee bring vast professional experience from their areas of expertise. The life members are seasoned professionals who contribute immensely to the collaborative development of the fraternity.
PHA YUVA:
A feather in the cap of PHA is its offshoot, PHA YUVA, constituted and launched on 09th September 2017 as a formal platform for the youth aspiring to be a part of the hospitality industry in the core area of Housekeeping.
