A seasoned hotelier, Salman has been with IHCL since 2014, steadily rising through the ranks with a career built on operational expertise and guest service excellence. In his most recent role as Director of Rooms at Taj Cidade de Goa, he was widely recognised for his reliability, strategic problem-solving, and team-building abilities. His leadership, marked by a guest-first mindset and calm execution under pressure, has made him one of IHCL’s trusted professionals.
