ITC Hotels Limited is expanding its Fortune Hotels portfolio with two new signings in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and Mantralayam, Andhra Pradesh, strengthening the brand’s presence in Tier-II and Tier-III business, pilgrimage and leisure markets.
The two additions will take Fortune Hotels’ branded hospitality proposition into destinations with growing commercial and spiritual travel demand.
Fortune Park Saharanpur is a 60-key brownfield project scheduled to open in December 2026. The hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, green lawns, banquet facilities and contemporary guest amenities. Saharanpur’s agro-based economy and established wood-carving industry are expected to support demand from business and leisure travellers.
In Andhra Pradesh, Fortune Park Mantralayam will mark the brand’s entry into the pilgrimage town and is expected to be the first branded hotel in Mantralayam. Scheduled to open in Q4 FY2026-27, the property will have 79 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant and banqueting facilities, targeting pilgrims, families and other visitors to the destination.
Commenting on the signings, Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said, “We are committed to expanding our portfolio across high-potential, underserved markets. Saharanpur and Mantralayam represent unique and growing destinations that align with our aim to offer dependable, contemporary hospitality across spiritual and business cohorts.”
The signings reinforce Fortune Hotels’ strategy of expanding through alliances in emerging markets, particularly Tier-II and Tier-III destinations, pilgrimage centres and regional commercial hubs.
