Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport has announced a key leadership reshuffle within its Rooms Division, promoting Avinash Chandola to Rooms Division Manager and appointing Anju Rathore as Front Office Manager, in a move aimed at reinforcing operational depth and guest experience delivery.
Avinash Chandola steps into the expanded role after serving as Front Office Manager, bringing over 16 years of industry experience. He will now oversee both Front Office and Housekeeping functions, with a focus on operational integration, guest feedback systems, and strengthening loyalty engagement through Marriott Bonvoy. His mandate also includes driving efficiencies and mentoring teams to deliver consistent service standards.
Anju Rathore joins as Front Office Manager with over 12 years of experience in managing high-volume operations and guest engagement. She will lead front office functions, focusing on arrival and departure experiences, service consistency, and team performance.
The dual move reflects the hotel’s continued emphasis on building leadership capabilities within core operational departments while aligning service delivery with evolving guest expectations across business and leisure segments.
