The State Institute of Hospitality Management (SIHM), located in Varakkal Beach, West Hill, Kozhikode, is inviting applications for its prestigious Diploma Courses in Hospitality Management. Affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Noida, and under the Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala, SIHM offers three specialized programs: Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, and Bakery & Confectionary. The courses, lasting for one and a half years, encompass a year of comprehensive study at the institute and six months of practical training in various sectors of the Hospitality industry.
