Curefoods has acquired the pan-India rights for Krispy Kreme, the renowned global doughnut and coffee brand, marking a significant step in its expansion strategy. This acquisition allows Curefoods to extend Krispy Kreme’s footprint into North India and beyond.
Previously holding exclusive distribution rights for South India, Curefoods has now taken over 11 Krispy Kreme outlets in Delhi-NCR, including seven physical stores and four cloud kitchens in prime locations such as Worldmark Aerocity, Select City Walk Saket, and Ambience Mall Gurgaon. With this move, Curefoods now operates over 100 Krispy Kreme outlets nationwide, combining dine-in stores and cloud kitchens.
“This is a pivotal moment in Krispy Kreme’s India journey,” said Ankit Nagori, Founder of Curefoods. “With national rights under our umbrella, we’re poised to deliver a unified growth strategy, enhancing customer experiences and innovation. Delhi-NCR is just the beginning—we’re committed to scaling sustainably and delighting our consumers across the country.”
Curefoods also plans to expand Krispy Kreme into other regions, including Western India. The acquisition aligns with Curefoods’ mission to bring globally beloved food brands closer to Indian consumers through robust distribution networks, operational excellence, and market insights.
