WelcomHeritage has strengthened its presence in Rajasthan with the launch of WelcomHeritage Kurki Palace in Jaipur, taking its portfolio in the state to 11 properties and its national network to 37 hotels. The addition aligns with the brand’s strategy to expand its heritage hospitality footprint in key leisure and cultural destinations across India.
Located in Jaipur, the 34-key boutique heritage hotel is hosted by the descendants of the Ranbanka Rathore family of Kurki Fort, whose lineage traces back to the 23rd generation of saint-poet Mirabai. The property combines traditional Rajput architecture with contemporary hospitality offerings, targeting leisure travellers, destination weddings and the MICE segment.
Designed in the style of a traditional Rajasthani haveli, the hotel incorporates Marwari, Mughal and European architectural influences. The accommodation mix comprises one Maharaja Suite, four Maharani Suites, 18 Executive Mahal Rooms and 11 Rawla Deluxe Rooms.
The property features four dining venues — Darbar – The Sky Lounge, Swarn Mahal, Badal Mahal and Sugar Coated Café — alongside an indoor swimming pool, spa, fitness centre and recreational facilities. It also offers dedicated indoor and rooftop event spaces for weddings, social gatherings and corporate events, supported by parking facilities for up to 500 vehicles.
As part of its sustainability initiatives, the hotel has integrated solar energy into its operations.
Commenting on the launch, Ashutosh Chhibba, CEO, WelcomHeritage, said the property reflects the brand’s commitment to preserving India’s heritage while delivering contemporary guest experiences. He added that the opening reinforces WelcomHeritage’s presence in Jaipur and supports demand across leisure, celebrations and business travel segments.
Chhibba noted that the launch marks the company’s 11th property in Rajasthan and expands its national portfolio to 37 properties. He described Rajasthan as a key market for the brand’s heritage hospitality strategy and said the company will continue to focus on building destination-led experiences for travellers.
Situated close to Jaipur International Airport and Jaipur Railway Station, the hotel offers access to major tourist attractions including Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Jal Mahal and Nahargarh Fort.
