An alumnus of the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD), Pawan has held leadership positions at The Oberoi New Delhi, The Oberoi Mumbai, Trident Gurgaon, and The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. Notably, he led the pre-opening of Three Sixty West – The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Mumbai, excelling in project execution and owner relations.
Pawan’s accolades include Hotelier India’s “Front Office Manager of the Year” and recognition for sales excellence during the pandemic. Known for fostering team development, championing sustainable practices, and driving innovation, Pawan aligns seamlessly with Marriott’s values.
