M/S Rajdhani Realcon Private Limited, a real estate and hotel development company based out of Delhi, today announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for a new hotel development in Sonipat, Haryana under the Wyndham Garden brand.
Sonipat is a city and a municipal council in the state of Haryana, India. Sonipat is a major industrial area with an Industrial Model Township(IMT) being promoted by the Haryana Government.It is a hub for the top educational institutions including Ashoka University, O.P Jindal Global University, and SRM University. Sonipat is also famous for its monsoon-time sweet dish Ghevar, which has its roots of origin in the region.
Expected to open in 2023, Wyndham Garden Sonipat Murthal will be located on National Highway 44, connecting Delhi to the North India states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu, and Kashmir. The location of this new property will offer guests great accessibility and connectivity. The hotel will have a modern façade and will feature 81 contemporary rooms including six suites, a lobby lounge, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, meeting and event spaces, a business centre, refreshing wellness areas, and an outdoor swimming pool.
