Eurasian restaurant Litchi opens its door in Delhi

Tiger Shark restaurant Litchi that offers European and Asian culinary traditional cuisine has officially opened its doors in Panchshila Park, Malviya Nagar, South Delhi. Located on Panchsheel Marg, Litchi promises a one-of-its kind versatile gastronomic experience that caters to both casual diners and food enthusiasts.

Litchi was found by Ritika Sharma & experienced Chef Umesh Kapoor from Tiger Shark Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. At the heart of Tiger Shark’s philosophy is a commitment to culinary excellence and creativity. The company prides itself on its diverse menu offerings, which are showcased through its various F&B units delivering flavors from around the globe. Each restaurant in the Tiger Shark portfolio is carefully designed to reflect the company’s commitment to quality and hospitality.

Litchi stands out with its eclectic menu that fuses flavours from France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and more. Diners can savour a variety of dishes such as Turkish Cilbir, Gochujang Chicken, and Spaghetti a Frutti di Mare accompanied by an Asian style focaccia baked freshly for the restaurant. The menu also features creative brunch specials, including Rendang Benedict, Ricotta on Toast, and Gymkhana Eggs, ensuring a delightful start to the day.

The design of this 90 seater bistro reflects subtle nods to both European and Asian aesthetics, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment.

For those looking for light bites, the Small Plates section offers tempting choices like Chicken Yakitori, Miso Pork Belly, and Crispy Fried Pickled Plum Marinated Sole Fish. Salad enthusiasts will enjoy options like Litchi’s Quinoa Salad and Farro and Gouda. The Artisanal Sandwiches include delicious combinations such as the Italian Piadina Sandwich and the Croque Monsieur.
