The hotel’s celebrated venue, Under the Mango Tree, hosted ‘Mango Medley’, a tribute to the tropical delight that captured the essence of Indian summers.
The event was a sensory delight from the very start. Guests were greeted with the heady aroma of ripe and raw mangoes wafting through the air, perfectly complemented by cheerful yellow ochre décor. A long, vibrant table adorned with raw mangoes and a kaleidoscope of spices became the evening’s centerpiece, setting the stage for an unforgettable mango-inspired celebration.
The heart of the evening was a hands-on mango pickle-making session that drew laughter and friendship. With mango-printed aprons and gloves at the ready, attendees plunged into a delightful mix of raw mangoes, spices, and oils.
