Delhi NCR-based Lebanese food chain Arabian Delites is gearing up for an ambitious expansion plan to reach INR 100 crore in revenue and open 100 outlets nationwide.
“Our immediate focus is to establish seven self-owned outlets in Delhi NCR; this will create a solid operational base,” said Mandeep Singh, Managing Director of Arabian Delites. “Once we accomplish that goal, we plan to seek external funding to support our larger expansion plans. We will use the investment to open 100 new outlets in tier-I and tier-II cities, build a strong supply chain, and enhance our backend operations.”
Currently, Arabian Delites operates in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. Singh stated that the brand’s next phase will focus on tier-II cities in North India. “We are targeting Jaipur, Agra, Ludhiana, and Amritsar. These markets present significant opportunities, and our authentic Lebanese cuisine at reasonable prices will appeal to consumers there.”
Singh mentioned that finding quality manpower is a challenge for the industry. “One of the biggest hurdles we face is staffing, especially in retaining skilled team members. In the F&B sector, the people behind the counter or in the kitchen can make or break the customer experience. For us, teamwork is crucial.
Continuously building a reliable, motivated team that understands and delivers our brand promise is an ongoing effort,” he noted. To tackle this, Arabian Delites has launched an internal referral program and invested in training to ensure consistent service. “As we grow, a key strategy is to leverage our current team’s strength through an internal referral program. We’ve seen that current employees often bring in high-quality candidates, either friends or acquaintances, who fit our culture and operational needs. By rewarding referrals, we fill roles faster and create a more cohesive team. Additionally, we are investing in training programs to improve new hires and maintain consistency in service and quality across all our outlets.”
While discussing competition, Singh said, “Our priority is to deliver the best taste and quality at reasonable prices. That’s what keeps us ahead.” Menu innovation has also been important for the brand. “Last year’s new items, including shawarma momos, burgers, and fries, quickly became favorites. For now, we’re focused on perfecting our existing offerings,” he concluded.
