Seagram’s Blenders Pride Four Elements, the latest innovation from Pernod Ricard India, has secured the Silver Medal in the Best Blended Indian Whisky category at the 2025 International Whisky Competition (IWC). Widely regarded as the “Olympics of whisky competitions,” IWC is among the world’s most prestigious spirits contests, recognised for its rigorous double-blind tasting format.
The award underscores Pernod Ricard India’s focus on craftsmanship, blending mastery, and innovation in the premium whisky segment. Judged by an expert panel of master blenders, distillers, and whisky specialists, the win places Four Elements among standout global contenders in a highly competitive arena.
India’s premium whisky category is expanding rapidly, recording a 14.8% CAGR over the past three years (IWSR data). Rising consumer demand for quality and experimentation is driving premiumisation and new product launches. Against this backdrop, the accolade strengthens Blenders Pride’s credentials as a category leader.
Commenting on the recognition, Ishwindar Singh, General Manager – Marketing, Pernod Ricard India, said:
“Blenders Pride continues to define the standards of quality and craftsmanship in India’s evolving premium whisky market. Four Elements is crafted from four unique styles of scotch malts blended with select Indian grain spirits, delivering harmony, complexity, and brilliance. This global honour is a moment of pride as we expand the brand’s footprint across India.”
Blenders Pride Four Elements takes inspiration from the natural forces of Air, Fire, Water, and Earth, each symbolising a distinct layer in its flavour profile—freshness, depth from toasted casks, unifying character of terrains, and richness of quality grains. The result is a smooth whisky balancing mellow woody sweetness with vibrant fruity notes.
Currently available across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Rajasthan, Assam, Tripura, and Meghalaya, the blend is set for a wider rollout, reinforcing the brand’s ambition to redefine India’s premium blended whisky landscape.
