Country Club Hospitality and Holidays Ltd., one of India’s leading leisure and holiday companies, has announced a planned INR 100-crore investment in Kerala over the next four to five years, aimed at strengthening its footprint in the state’s booming tourism market.
The investment will focus on developing premium holiday and hospitality assets across Alappuzha, Munnar, Wayanad, Wagamon, and Kumarakom, destinations that remain at the heart of Kerala’s global tourism appeal. The move underscores the company’s strategy to tap into rising demand for luxury and experiential holidays in India’s southern tourism hub.
“Kerala has always been a favorite among domestic and international travelers. This investment marks our commitment to enhancing guest experiences and contributing to the state’s tourism-led growth,” said Y. Rajeev Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director, Country Club Hospitality and Holidays Ltd.
Alongside the expansion, Country Club also introduced its VIP Gold Card, a premium membership program offering exclusive privileges. New members will receive a gold coin and three complimentary nights in Gangtok, while existing members introducing new clients will be rewarded with a gold coin. The company said the launch has drawn “an overwhelming response” from members and travel enthusiasts.
The planned expansion and loyalty initiatives are expected to boost Kerala’s positioning as a preferred luxury holiday destination, while consolidating Country Club’s status as a zero-debt hospitality pioneer with a growing national footprint.
