Cygnett Hotels & Resorts, one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality chains, announced its expansion in Uttar Pradesh with the signing of Cozzet Kanpur and Cygnett Inn Vrindavan. These new properties will strengthen the company’s footprint in the region, with Cozzet Kanpur set to open by late 2025 and Cygnett Inn Vrindavan by early 2027.
“Uttar Pradesh remains central to our growth plans as we aim to establish a portfolio of 100 hotels in the coming years. We are targeting 10 to 12 new properties in the state within the next two to three years,” said Sarbendra Sarkar, Founder & MD, Cygnett Hotels.
Cozzet Kanpur, a 40-room hotel, will feature expansive banquet spaces for 8,000–10,000 guests, a 60-cover all-day dining restaurant, and a chic lounge bar, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
Cygnett Inn Vrindavan, with 60 rooms, will offer a rooftop pool, gym, and banquet halls accommodating up to 800 guests. Together with Cozzet Vrindavan, the group now has a total of 100 rooms in the city.
Strategically located near key tourist sites, the new properties aim to blend modern hospitality with regional cultural narratives, ensuring engaging and memorable stays.
