Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has signed a 50-key Cozzet hotel in Ringas, Rajasthan, strengthening its presence in the state and expanding its premium economy portfolio across pilgrimage and regional travel markets.
The upcoming Cozzet Khatu Shyam will be located around 18 km from Khatu Shyam Ji Temple, one of Rajasthan’s major pilgrimage destinations. The shrine recorded approximately 2.54 crore visitors in 2025, highlighting the scale of demand for accommodation and supporting hospitality infrastructure in the region.
The brownfield property is expected to open in mid-2027. Located around 100 metres from Ringas railway station and with direct access to NH-52 towards Jaipur, the hotel is positioned to cater to pilgrims, families, leisure travellers and transit guests travelling along the Jaipur–Khatu Shyam corridor.
The hotel will comprise 50 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, health club and swimming pool. It will also feature a 2,500 sq ft banquet venue with capacity for around 180–200 guests, targeting social functions and small-scale events in the region.
“Pilgrimage travel is increasingly becoming an important driver of hospitality demand across India,” said Sarbendra Sarkar, Founder & Managing Director, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts. “Destinations receiving millions of visitors annually require not just additional room inventory, but dependable branded accommodation with consistent service standards.”
The signing expands Cygnett’s strategy of deploying its Cozzet brand across pilgrimage centres, transit hubs, business markets and emerging urban destinations where demand for organised, value-led accommodation is increasing.
Cozzet, Cygnett’s premium economy and micro-hospitality brand, operates around its “Smart, Safe & Sensible” positioning, combining contemporary rooms with essential amenities and efficient service.
The brand currently has a development pipeline of around 600 keys, with projects under development or in pre-opening stages across Noida, Ayodhya, Amritsar, Jaipur and Arunachal Pradesh, among other markets.
The company said the latest signing forms part of its asset-light expansion strategy, with a focus on scaling Cozzet in high-demand micro-markets across India.
